The Wire’s Editorial Board To Step Down, rope in only Dalits & Muslims

Ravish Kumar {Kaun jaat wale} will screen the candidates while Shekhar Gupta {Jaati Patrakaar} will take the interview

Rahul Gandhi has tweeted and congratulated the move saying this is the only way to save the Indian democracy.

When it comes to standing on ones words of saving democracy, the Indian Left Wing is second to none. They may question the patriotism of soldiers martyred on border or call it just-their-duty but they consider wearing a black ribbon or showing a black screen on the prime time show or the world famous #AwardWapsi is the greatest sacrifice for the Bharat Mata oops sorry Nehruland.

There is hardly any day when Mr. Shekhar Gupta doesn’t tweet about his jaat paat analysis or The Liar, I mean The Wire finds democracy already dead in the world’s largest democracy. The democracy is in such an endangered scenario right now that even Rahul Baba who happens to be the political product of boot-lickers and dynastic politics is facing the heat and is worried about the same.

To show their loyalty to the Sonia mata, oops Bharat mata or whatever (after all patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrels), the editorial board of The Wire has decided to step down. Talking to Afwaah.com, Siddharth Varadarajan told, “The only way to fight against the atrocities against Dalits and Muslims, who were having a perfect life pre 2014, is to have our editorial board comprising only Dalit and Muslims.

Selection procedure is clear-cut simple and of course obvious. There will be a journalist protest held this Sunday on Jantar Mantar. The reason for the protest is obvious. A BJP leader’s son’s-best friend in school’s-maid’s-driver husband’s- neighbor has honked on a journalist.

During the protest, Ravish Kumarji will meet people asking their jaat & of course dharm. He will be shortlisting the candidates and send the names to Shekhar Guptaji. Now Shekhar Guptaji will now conduct a voting obviously on paper ballots and the winners will be selected based on this.

It is learned that the placard activists like Swara Bhaskar will be cheer leading the event.

Update: Shekhar Gupta protested to this move saying that he won’t be the part of selection committee till Christians are also added. This was duly agreed by the board and we have learned that Sonia mata has appreciated the move.
